(If you do not have a CSV file, go to step 5.) If you have a CSV file, click File
→ Open
→ Upload
→ Choose file from device
to upload the file as shown in the image below.
The file will open as shown below.
In the first row, fill in the fields and enter data corresponding to each column.

→ Comma-separated values (.csv, current sheet)
to save as CSV.
